Thank the individuals for addressing the points you raised.   Not to worry; your correspondence must be forwarded to the compliance department. They've answered, at least verbally, every one of your concerns and provided assurances that your investment objectives are being met (even though things are a bit, well, disturbing.) You're a satisfied customer.

Of course, you always write a thank-you note on this type of occasion. Here are some examples. There's no legitimate reason why you'd offend your representative or company by this gesture.

If they take this the wrong way, express how you'll funnel your business elsewhere. There are plenty of choices these days, so start funneling as soon as it's convenient. This will move the "correction process" along in your favor.
