Inquire what the firm is going to do to solve what is now a definite problem. Time has passed and that uncomfortable feeling won't go away. Most likely, it's due to the "Portfolio Equity" entry on your statement.
Unusual activities are continuing. The agreed upon adjustment is mysteriously absent. Your experience is different from what was proposed. Regardless of market conditions—and without being able to exactly quantify it—you want your account to belong to somebody else.
Do the discussion thing again. This time, state that your goals and objectives aren't being satisfied. When opening the account, you gave specific tolerances for risk and reward. Now, you feel they are being compromised along with a certain level of trust.
"I know there are risks in the markets," you say, "but this is all wrong."
